3️⃣ MOVE DAILY
You weren’t built to sit all day.
You were built to move, sweat, lift, stretch.
Movement is free antidepressant:
Lifts mood
Clears stress
Builds confidence
Stabilizes hormones
No pill will fix what a walk and a workout solve daily.
4️⃣ PRIORITIZE SLEEP
Anxious? Foggy? Emotionally unstable?
Check your sleep.
Deep, consistent rest is the foundation of mental health.
No sleep = no stability. Period.
Go to bed at the same time every night.
Dark room. No screens. Wake up reborn.
5️⃣ CUT THE NOISE
Half of what stresses you out isn’t real.
It’s manufactured nonsense — news, drama, dopamine loops.
Silence it.
Breathe. Meditate. Be present.
